I have traveled to Russia twice to teach for BIEM. They have a school on the outskirts of Moscow that they are developing in cooperation with some Baptist pastors who faced severe persecution during the Soviet period.

I had heard that Moscow has 90% of the wealth of Russia and I can believe that.  There is a very great contrast in living standards and conditions when you leave the city.  Moscow has 10 million people and a very efficient, although old, metro system.
